Starting a Return

How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

  • Go to your purchase history
  • Select the item you wish to return
  • Click "Request Return"
  • Select your return reason
  • Follow the return shipping instructions

Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Policy

What's Returnable?

Most items sold on KOVA are eligible for returns. However, some items may have restrictions:

  • Electronics must be unopened
  • Clothing must have tags attached
  • Items with signs of wear are non-returnable
  • Final sale items cannot be returned
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition. This means it hasn't been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way since purchase.

Refunds & Return Shipping

Refund Timeline

  • Return approved: 1-2 business days
  • Receive return label: Immediate
  • Item received at warehouse: 5-10 business days after shipping
  • Refund processed: 5-7 business days after receipt

Return Shipping

KOVA provides a prepaid return label for most returns. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any shipping location. The return cost is covered by us.
