By accessing or using kovabuy.shop (the "Site") or placing an order through KOVA, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of KOVA.

You may use KOVA for lawful personal shopping purposes only. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Site only in ways that comply with applicable laws and regulations

When you create an account on KOVA:

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before placing orders
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings

KOVA uses Firebase Authentication to manage accounts. Your password is never stored on KOVA servers in plain text.

Placing an order

When you place an order on KOVA you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards
• Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation
• All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise
• KOVA does not store your card details — these are handled entirely by PayPal

Promotional codes

Promotional codes are single-use, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be applied at checkout. KOVA reserves the right to cancel orders where a code was used fraudulently or in breach of its terms.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We make every effort to display accurate prices but errors may occasionally occur
• If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order we will contact you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
• Product availability is not guaranteed — items may sell out at any time
• Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Free shipping is available on orders over $35 where specified
• KOVA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues or circumstances outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

14-day return guarantee

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging where applicable
• You must initiate the return through your account under My Orders

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent
• Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a monetary refund

Non-returnable items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, worn or damaged after delivery
• Digital products or gift cards

You must not use KOVA to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional codes or offers
• Scrape, copy or reproduce any content from the Site without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Site
• Post false reviews or misleading information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site

All content on KOVA — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, product images and software — is the property of KOVABUY Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Product images and descriptions are provided for personal shopping use only
• The KOVA name, logo and branding are trademarks of KOVABUY Inc.

KOVA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times
• That product descriptions, images or prices are always accurate
• That defects will always be corrected

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOVA disclaims all warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOVABUY Inc. and its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of KOVA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of KOVA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes please stop using the Site.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of KOVA or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
